Signup at Payoneer website https://www.payoneer.com/prepaid.... Fill out your information correctly. They’ll send you the card by post.
You should get the card within 30 days. Some people I know received it within 15 days as far as I can recall.
You will then activate the card, by logging into Payoneer website.
